I joined the TPO team in October 2019 following the acquisition of the John Lamb Wealth Management business. Launching Platform Services as a new department within TPO meant we were able to provide the best possible support for our clients, advisers and support staff accessing the benefits of the platform and our client portal, TPO Wealth. Having recently breached £1billion of assets on the TPO Invest Platform I an excited about the future and the opportunities as I take on my new role as Associate Director.

I joined TPO in June 2015 as a Senior Paraplanner and promoted to Head of Advice Delivery in May 2018. Within this role, I am responsible for the Paraplanning Team across all offices and being a member of our Advice Committee. I have unified our former Advice Delivery and Client Services teams and will focus on ensuring collaboration with Advisers and Client Services to deliver the best possible service to our clients.

TPO is a great place to work as it not only has a huge drive for success, but is accompanied by a friendly workforce, which makes every day enjoyable. They have given me amazing support to help me grow in my career and the ceiling for new opportunities has always been risen to ensure you can take that next step and challenge yourself.

I joined TPO on a temporary basis in 2018 before moving out of the UK. Leaving was always bittersweet as I finally found a company I could see myself working in for many years. Upon returning to the UK, I re-joined TPO. Our colleagues really do make TPO magical, you will never be short of a friendly conversation or a helping hand. Working amongst such amazing and motivating individuals and watching so many colleagues progress their careers and achieve their goals is one of the main reasons I love my job here.
