Training Associate
As the Training Associate, you will support the Training Manager in reviewing and delivering training and development support to the Operational teams. You will play a supportive part in the delivery and roll out of core business systems and processes along with continual review of these processes in line with the core business systems.
Responsibilities
- Supporting onboarding training to prepare new employees for their new role, this includes providing relevant training material, quality checking and providing face-to-face training.
- On the job training for colleagues within the Operational teams, supporting their development on an ongoing basis by establishing areas for improvement within the department and rolling out relevant training.
- Administering and periodic review of training processes, including updating procedures and guides in line with periodic review requirements and version control.
- Support the Process & Improvements Manager with Error Resolution cases including where corrective actions might be required and/or investigation into root cause analysis.
- Works closely with HR, QA and other P&I team members (where applicable) to build and maintain a culture of continuous improvement, minimizing errors, and honest & open feedback.
- Provide recommendations/improvement ideas to increase operational efficiencies.
- To participate in team meetings – making positive suggestions and ways to work more efficiently.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, colleagues and third parties.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Ideally previous experience in procedure and efficiency reviews and training implementation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- The confidence to present at team meetings across the business
