Platform Support Associate
To provide full administrative & helpdesk support to the TPO Invest Platform and TPO Wealth portal, as well as additional support services to data and reporting across Platform Services.

To provide full administrative & helpdesk support to the TPO Invest Platform and TPO Wealth portal, as well as additional support services to data and reporting across Platform Services, and in turn deliver a professional, compliant, and effective service with a high focus on quality and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- To be the first point of contact for TPO Invest & TPO Wealth support.
- To be the technical helpdesk support for Investment Champion D2C platform.
- Provide backup support to third party platforms, namely, Novia, Ascentric, Standard Life Wrap, Seven IM, Transact & Nucleus.
- Provide an excellent email and telephone support to internal advisers, client services and paraplanners.
- To process buy, sell, switch, rebalance and phased investment trades across all of the TPO core and non-core platforms & providers in a timely and accurate way.
- To build relationships with key suppliers and manage support tickets raised both internally and externally within agreed SLAs, company policy and procedure.
- Process and monitor any relevant business on the TPO Invest Platform.
- Track all transfer business submitted by client services to ensure its timely receipt onto the TPO Invest Platform.]
- Administering any changes to the model portfolios on Core platforms and ensuring they accurately reflect the Investment Team mandate
- Support to the rebalance project for bulk trading for any Advisory Rebalance activity
- Contact and liaise with relevant product providers/third parties to ensure business is being processed accurately and efficiently, where appropriate.
- Arrange the setup of TPO Wealth portal access for staff and clients and ensure ongoing helpdesk queries are answered and resolved within SLAs.
- Support the collection of data and/or data feeds for both the CURO back office and the TPO Wealth portal in order for all relevant valuations to be provided accurately and efficiently.
- Support and maintain the data integrity and reporting of the TPO Invest Platform and TPO Wealth Portal.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and third parties.
- Be aware and act upon any compliance, risk, and quality issues.
- Provide recommendations/improvement ideas to increase operational efficiencies within the team.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- 1-2 years of operational experience within the Financial Services industry (preferred but not essential)
- Knowledge and/or experience of administering advisory products i.e., ISA/GIA/SIPP/Bond is desirable
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
- Proficient IT skills in core Microsoft Office systems
- Organisation and prioritisation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an eye for detail
- Professional telephone manner
