Are you looking to gain experience in a professional office environment with a friendly and supportive team? The Private Office is seeking organised, reliable Administrators to support our busy Client Delivery team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build their admin skills in a professional setting – perfect for a someone inexperienced who is looking to start their office based career, a returner to work, someone who is looking for a career change or someone who needs flexibility around school hours. Please note - we will be running a group interview for this role followed by 121 interviews. T
Role Responsibilities
You’ll help us deliver a smooth and professional service by supporting our Client Delivery team with key tasks, which could include:
- Updating client information in our systems
- Uploading documents and checking for missing details
- Supporting with data entry and basic reporting
- Helping track progress on key tasks and chasing updates
- Sending standard emails or letters to providers
- Supporting the processing of new business paperwork
- General administrative duties to keep things running smoothly
What we are looking for
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail – you enjoy following processes and getting things right
- Comfortable using a computer and learning new systems
- Good communication skills and a team player
- Reliable and organised
