Business Development Executive

We are looking for a professional who will provide first line client service for the company and assist with arranging suitable appointments with our team of Advisers. You will be speaking with warm, engaged enquiries generated from our extensive marketing activity. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills (both written and interpersonal), the ability to talk competently with affluent clients and an interest in personal finance, as well as competent IT and data entry skills and a high level of attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Being the first point of contact for prospective clients looking for financial advice
- Placing outbound calls for follow-ups and engaging with prospective clients via phone and email
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Answering inbound telephone calls and being the first line of support for the company.
- Explaining concisely the basis of our service proposition and directing the enquirer to the most appropriate of our services
- General administration tasks
- To implement and comply fully with the Company’s Information Security Policy
- Any other relevant duties as directed and in line with the grade of the post

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Effective verbal and written communication skills including the ability to handle and overcome objections
- Good IT skills with experience of using MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience of providing excellent customer service
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
