A two-year graduate programme aimed to fast track your career and launch you on the road to becoming a successful Financial Adviser. We are looking for Graduates for our 2023 programme, who will be based in either Leeds or London (with some travel between the two locations).
You will have the opportunity to work alongside industry leaders at our multi award-winning Independent firm. Across the two years you will have the opportunity to work different rotations which will give you real working experience in that department, and over the course of the 2 years you will be equipped with a deep understanding of how The Private Office works and how you can become a world class Financial Adviser.
As part of the programme, you will attend development sessions with your cohort and will be expected to complete a Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Advice (6 exams in total).

- Build knowledge of the Finance Industry, TPO’s Proposition & our way of working
- Gain a broad range of experiences to enable accelerated development
- Complete CII exams to achieve a Diploma Level 4 qualification in Regulated Financial Planning
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders
Career Progression
- With TPO the learning never stops.
- Following successful completion of the Graduate Programme, all graduates are considered for a Financial Planning Executive (FPE) role with TPO or other suitable vacancies within TPO.
- You will then complete a Training Academy delivered by our industry leading colleagues.
- You will have access to training and development, further qualifications and a host of mentors from our Adviser team as well as overseeing the advice process.
- Following this, you would progress to becoming a Financial Adviser, building up your own client bank and work towards Chartered status or an alternative career path within the business.
